Kidnapped Girls Reunited with Mother after C.I.R.F. Operation Dominoes, Santo Domingo, Ecuador

A Choneros gang member kidnapped two minors in Guayaquil Ecuador and took them to Santo Domingo where he was sexually exploiting them at a bus terminal. The Ecuador National Police and C.I.R.F. conducted a rescue operation.
