3 Arrests in Sex Trafficked 14-Year-Old.

On December 15, 2022, the Ecuador National Police in cooperation with Children's International Rescue Foundation support linked 3 more suspects to the sex trafficking of a 14-year-old girl in the province of Guayas. This is the same rescued girl from Operation Chameleon that C.I.R.F. supported on October 27th, 2022, and has provided aftercare support for Christmas gifts and supplies to her and 35 other girls at the Guayaquil shelter in collaboration with the Ministry of Social and Economic Support. Through interviews with the initial suspect in October and information from the brave rescued girl, investigators obtained additional evidence through cell phone seizures, wiretaps, and surveillance to obtain arrest orders from a judge for the 3 additional suspects pictured here. We are grateful for your generous donations making these continued investigations possible to help these children in need. Our work is high-risk and costly, thank you for helping us fight.
